Floor screeding sometimes needs a little bit of creativity! Take a look at this picture. Tell us where and how many screed pumps are on this project, you must also tell us the locations. Clue: the answer is not 2.

Answer: 3
Count and follow the pipes.  And you will just about see the wheels of the 3rd pump hidden by the trees.

New question:

In the image below we can see a screed pump. Why bother with screed pumps?

So our question for this quarter’s competition becomes:

• Why cant you use a general builders “free fall” / “drum mixer” for screed mixing?
